Carlsbad is a beautifully scenic city in North County San Diego and is regarded as an affluent community. Known as “The Village by the Sea,” Carlsbad is comprised of multiple small beaches on the north half while the southeastern region is more residential. The city is popular for its perfect year-round climate, spectacular views of the sea, and easy ocean access. Carlsbad also has several nature preserves and lagoons that cover over a thousand acres.
